Our refund policy offers a generous 30-day window for customers to request a refund or exchange.
Refunds will only be provided for defective, damaged or missing orders, they will not be provided for change of mind.
If you have received a defective or damaged order, please email us on email@example.com and let us know what has happened and provide photographic evidence if possible. Based on the information provided you will be eligible for a refund for that item.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of purchase, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what has happened. We will investigate the whereabouts of your order, and if it has gone missing you will be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please note that certain perishable goods, such as food and drink, and gift cards are non-returnable. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process a return.
Unfortunately, refunds for returns due to change of mind will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet and have been promised one, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have spoken to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and it has been decided that you are to return your product, please mail your product (in the original packaging) to: Startup Logistics (FAO Drop Bear Beer Co.), Unit 19 Thame Business Centre, Thame, OX9 3XA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
