What a week we’ve had here at Drop Bear Beer Co!
Our awesome alcohol-free craft beer range has won more awards! Yep, we’ve won not one, not two, not three, but FOUR awards (five if you count the Double Gold ) at the European Beer Challenge 2021.
Firstly, let’s explain why we’re all so stoked about the win!..
The European Beer Challenge (EBC) is Europe’s Most Important Beer Competition Judged by Beer Buyers. Held in London, England and supported by Times (magazine), CNN, BBC, The Mail on Sunday, and The Drinks Business. The top breweries from all over the world compete to win these prestigious awards, and the winners are recognised as brewing the ‘best of the best’ in the beer world.
So, what did we win?
New World Lager – Double Gold in the Alcohol Free Beer (Bottom Fermentation), Low-alcohol Beer, Gluten-Free Beer category
Being our newest ‘Bear to the Block’, this is our New World Lager’s first award win, and a double win at that! An awesome first achievement for our crafty Indian Pale Lager.
Bonfire Stout – Gold in the Alcohol Free Beer (Top Fermentation), Low-alcohol Beer, Gluten-Free Beer category
Another Gold win for our smokey Bonfire Stout in the dark ale category!
Our award winning Yuzu Pale Ale adds another award to it’s collection, with a Silver for pale ale!
Tropical IPA – Bronze in the Alcohol Free Beer (Top Fermentation), Low-alcohol Beer, Gluten-Free Beer category
Our ever popular Tropical IPA brings us the Bronze from the European Beer Challenge for a full house win!
