Say hello to our Bonfire Stout Marinade Recipe!

It’s okay, we’re not gonna bore you like other recipe websites do, you know the ones that give you their entire life story and tell you their recipe was passed down from their Uncle’s, Nan’s, Father’s, Half-Sister’s, Cousin? Where they go into excruciating detail about how their recipe “saved dinner time” and all that jazz.

No. Our Head Of Marketing, Amy, spent an hour in her kitchen experimenting with a range of herbs and spices, sipping on a Drop Bear trying to create the perfect mind-blowing beer recipe, using our amazing non-alcoholic Bonfire Stout. She succeeded.

Whether it’s fresh veggies, tofu, meat or meat substitutes (whatever ya’ like really!!), we can guarantee that the Drop Bear Bonfire Stout Marinade will take your dish from a ‘woah’ to a ‘wooaaahhhh’.

Recipe

ย 

70ml of Chilli Infused Olive Oil

2Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce

65ml of Balsamic Vinegar

150ml of Drop Bear Bonfire Stout

3 cloves of Garlic

2Tbsp of Brown Sugar

2Tbsp of Onion Powder

1Tsp of Chilli Flakes

1Tsp of Paprika

Pinch of Ground Black Pepper & Salt

Method

1. Stir your ingredients together

2. Add ANYTHING you want marinated (Tofu, Veggies, Meat Substitutes – whatever!)

3. Marinade in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours (the longer the better)

4. Remove from ya’ fridge and barbie or grill to your heart’s content (whilst drinking a Drop Bear of course)

And there ya’ have it! It’s super simple to make and trust us, it’ll give you that perfect smoky and sweet delight with a subtle heat.
