Bonfire Stout Firecracker Cheese Dip

Drop Bear’s alcohol free beer isn’t just amazing to drink, it’s amazing to eat! Amy, the newest member to our team recently came up with a life changing beer dip that is smokey, salty, fiery, and gooey. Here’s what you need to know:

RECIPE

250ml Bonfire Stout
125g Salsa (mild or hot!)
2Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or alternative)
1tsp Chilli powder
1/2tsp onion salt
1/4tsp cayenne pepper
300g red hot dutch cheese (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
300g red Leicester cheese (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
300g mild mature cheddar cheese (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)

METHOD

Heat all of the cheese in a slow cooker on high until melted (around 20 minutes)

Stir in all other ingredients and heat through, whisking/stirring frequently (around 10 mins)

Serve with tortillas and a warm crusty loaf of bread for dipping, with a Bonfire Stout Beer!
